After deciding the artist and song that we were going to use within our coursework, we emailed the artist's record label requesting permission to use the particular song of our choice. Unfortunelty, I could not find the record label 'Polydor' email address or twitter account, in which i had to use Facebook to contact them and ask for this permission. I explained that the use of the song would be for educational purposes only.
